GENERAL CONTRACTING

UCC is an accomplished General Contractor in Highway, Infrastructure, Commercial, Residential / Housing, Heavy and Utility projects.

We target general contracting projects in the southwest U.S. that provide opportunities for UCC to self-perform a significant portion of the project.  In other words, we are not a shell company that simply uses subcontractors to perform all activities.

As a general contractor, UCC serves as the ‘Prime Contractor’ under direct contract with the project Owner.

Representative project examples include a 9-Story tall Hangar expansion for C-5 Aircraft, a 2-Story 36,000 SF LEED certified federal administration building, a 278 unit residential community, a Mini/RV Storage facility and a hospital primary electrical power upgrade project.  UCC can also serve as a Prime Contractor for any of the other trades (types of work) listed within this section.
