Our clients consist of but are not limited to: federal agencies,  state agencies and DOT, private firms, municipalities / public works,  counties, developers and other general contractors.

It can be difficult for a ‘General Contractor’ to be successful in both construction and service markets. Service contracts require a special approach and methodology in identifying and responding to Client needs.

UCC has developed processes and procedures to ensure that our approach to service contracts results in high customer satisfaction levels.

UCC targets service contracts in trades including:

  1. Infrastructure & Road Maintenance
  2. Outdoor Lighting / Streetlighting
  3. HVAC
  4. Industrial Plants
  5. Generator Units
  6. General Electrical Services

UCC is experienced in multiple contract vehicles including:

  1. Service Contracts
  2. O&M Contracts
  3. Maintenance & Repair Contracts
  4. Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR)
  5. Indefinite delivery / Indefinite Quantity
  6. Job Order Contracts
  7. Design-Build Contracts
  8. Term Contracts
  9. Traditional Design-Bid-Build Contracts
  10. Maricopa County S.A.V.E. Intergovernmental Agreement

In 2015, Service Contracts comprised 40% of UCC’s gross revenue.  Many of the contracts include requirements for reporting, inspections, routine maintenance and 24/7 urgent response.  UCC has even provided a call-center and web-based work order management program for certain service contracts.  We understand the service industry and are confident in our ability to implement successful programs and procedures unique to each contract.
