WET UTILITIES

UCC is interested in new-build, upgrade and repair projects in Water, Storm Sewer, Sanitary Sewer, Irrigation and Reclaimed Water.  We understand the importance of survey and layout for new projects, to avoid conflicts related to gravity flow and subsequent dry utility installation.  UCC is experienced in Plastic, Ductile Iron and Concrete Pipe.  One notable UCC project is the Alchesay Fish Hatchery owned by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service,  in Whiteriver Arizona, where UCC replaced and upgraded the fresh water supply lines serving the fish ponds with new HDPE pipes up to 20” in size.  All work was coordinated so that fresh water supply flow continued uninterrupted to the ponds  – otherwise resulting in immediate loss of the fish.  UCC also has experience in constructing wet utilities for new residential and commercial developments.
